does anyone have 44s on there k5? im thinking about getting some 44s because i found a set for a badass deal, i have about 7 to 8in of suspension and 3in body lift on my 78 blazer. just wandering how well they will fit

Most of them Alaska boys are runnin Big tires...try a few searches
SledheadAk runs 44's on his Jimmy. He did Eureka this year with 44" ag tires in the back and 44" TSL's up front.

I don't have a K5, but I run 42's on 7" lift and trimming.

How about 7"~8" of lift and 43's?
8" lift 2" body lift is what i have on my jimmy

Those will be my next tires. Almost as tall as a 44 without all that extra width. That's why I stayed with 42s. The 18" width sucks

right on guys, thanks. yea im not worried about trimming at all my front fenders are already trimmed from when i was running 38s with 6in lift. the tires i am getting are 44x18.8x15 and the wheels have a very small back space to clear 3/4 axles, so they are probably going to stick out a ways
I ran 44s for a while with about 4" of lift. It takes alot of trimming
