Anyone running Michelin Xml's?

A guy on craigslist has a set of these 38x13x16. What size tubes do you put in these things?
How much do they weigh? He's asking 750 for 95% tread is this about rite?

theyre tubless radials, and its whatever you will pay for them. theyre pretty heavy.
