Anyone try making this??

Has anyone ever tryed to make this?? it doesnt look that hard to make just some 2" tube and some tabs and a bump stop on the end??

I think a guy by the name of Marv "SPRINGER" here on theboard tried making this once. Although he came close it just wasn't the same. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif
