You need to mod the engine before you start messing with the throttle body, so you could actually use the additional air and fuel.
A 454 TBI can be done as well, and appears to be a more popular swap.

That unit is a 454 version the stock 220TBI on 4.3,5.0 and 5.7's will only go to 580CFM max with mods and bore punched out to th max.
You will have to port match your intake to fit that and use an adaptor. You may have to do some fab work if you run a 700r4 as well as it doesnt have provisions for them.
