Anyone who installed a poly t-case mount????

I just got my new energy suspension poly tranny mount part # 3.1129g (Thank you ORD ) This new mount comes in 2 pieces with 2 bolts 2 lock washers and 2 bigger fender washers .My question is are the 2 bigger washers supposed to be sandwiched between the two plates when I install it?? This may be a stupid suggestion but, maybe call ORD and ask?? Just a thought.

I installed one. Can't remember now I'll have to check. It should have come with instructions though.
