I didn't get any orders out this weekend, the UAV stripped out all the studs on the 14 bolt, I think it was due to not re-checking the lugs on the wheel spacer, which I never had a problem with before. Anyway, oveled out the stud holes on the hub, rotor and spacer, so I need to replace all that stuff and was busy with that because it is my daily driver . I will get caught up on orders later this week, sorry for the delay.

Just curious on how the memberships are going? Do you have enough paying members now to help with the money issues for the site?

Going pretty good, just need the time now to get them activated faster, could always use more though.

We plan on getting Donna a paid membership soon. She helped me work on getting stuff ready to do the lift and axle swap all weekend so I guess I got her hooked now.

Also when I get the 60 under I will take pics of the steering block for you to look at because if you look at the pics of it under the UAV it looks like it is cocked to one side but on my axle it sits straight.

See <a target="_blank" href=http://coloradok5.com/gallery/Waynes-Toy>Project Mighty Mouse</a> here.

Only two options on your block:
1. Your block has a rake in it (slope) to account for the axis inclination.
2. You have it installed incorrecly or something major is wrong with your axle

(top of knuckle slopes inward that is why steering block slopes inward).

This is the pic of yours I am talking about. Remember that I got the block that came off the UAV from Shawn. And what I am talking about is if you look at it on my axle everything sits in a straight line with the studs. I had the same problems as you did installing it so I took it back off and flipped it over and it made a world of difference and it went on the studs without hammering on it to hard.

Steve, Are you ready to swap your gears/locker into a 14bolt van housing yet? Those spacers make me nervous even though many people use them!

RGF

I think the spacers are fine on a 14-bolt, I think what happened is when I installed the disk brakes I had new studs pressed on and I didn't go back after a few miles and re-tighten them up like I should have.
