6 years ago, I started a winter body swap project that was only supposed to take 6+/- months. Life has different plans sometimes and after caring for a dying father and surviving a bad fall from a 2-story house-I finally completed my truck. I went on my first trail ride with my son and we had a great time. Stop and smell the roses when you can. Steve

Truck looks great! I have found working on these things really take your mind off stuff.

Very true.. Mine is my biggest stress reliever... sometimes also my biggest stress too... but you know

Sorry to hear about the curve balls man...

Whats the specs on that truck? 4runner and 47's or 49's is all I can tell.

Great lookin rig man! Sorry ya had all that stuff go on. Hope your doing better now, glad ya got your build done and can enjoy the trails! Have fun! :waytogo:

Glad to see your back on 2 feet... or um 6 feet. That rig looks AWESOME! Youve got one very proud son there no doubt.

My rig is the biggest stress reliever. Although it hasnt ran in almost 2 years, im very proud of it and what i have done to get it where it is now. MANY people have told me sell it, its just a piece of metal. No, its my blood sweat and tears. Its my baby. Some just dont understand that.

I totally agree. When I need to get away from life, I work on the Blazer or head for the hills. That truck has got me through alot. Thanks for sharing.

OMG I'm in love with that thing. Prime example of what I want to build when i can afford a daily driver. Everything is so utility like and just useful. The perfect amount of lift and I just love the rear deck.

Its exactly what I had envisioned when I was building a Toy rock crawler... The only thing I would do different is a 4.3 and more gear to make up for it....

That's not a tag light, it's a backup camera- the spare tire blocks the view out the back. I mounted a 2nd wireless camera on the rear diff. to spot myself
