And no, I'm not talking about the snap rings with holes in them (external and internal they seem to be called). I've got pliers for those, they don't work right for the trans/t-case rings.
I'm talking about the transmission and t-case snap rings that have the angled ends on them, and are pretty stout. I'm certain in the JBConversions SYE instructions they show (in a poor quality photo) a pair of pliers that look like they have a sort of "duck bill" on them, which would seem to be appropriate, but I'm not finding exactly that, and sorting through all the internal/external snap ring plier listings have been fruitless so far.
