I am not sure about direct bolt in but you might have issue with the passenger side jumper.

Never mind, I originally read the post as putting burban seats in a K5

I see where that would be a problem. they don't move up for a person to get in the backseat. My main thing is just having an armrest. I hate not having an armrest.
