Are programmers shareable???

I have a '99 Tahoe and just bought a boat and need a little more nuts. I have two friends with both a '99 Tahoe and a '99 Silverado 1500 and we were wondering if we could just go in on a programmer together and all use it. Anyone know whether or not this will work?


Also, any other tips or products that may juice the Tahoe a little more would be appreciated (already thinking cold air intake)

sorry. thay pull out the factory program and store it and then upload the performance program and thats so when you go back to stock its all the same.
