Are single/double wall tops interchangeable?

I've got both but the one with two lights and the bolts through the upper side of the flange seems easier to me (I think that's the single wall?)

Can I switch them out between my two 72's?

Dimensionally there the same, but the mounting holes aren't in the same spots.


I switched from a double-wall to single wall but I filled in all the original holes in the bedsides and started over. There were a lot of holes that didn't line up with either one!!!

Single wall tops are better (and easier to install)...you don't have to remove the side panels to get to the bolts and you get cool interior dome lights as a bonus.

Oh, yeah, you get the nifty disconnect plug for the lights also.
