Are these work keeping? Will they work on a 350? They need rebuilt. Here's what Mortec says:

14022601...80-86...267/305......1.72"/1.5" or 1.84"/1.5" valves, 53cc chambers

I would throw them in the junk pile, those chambers will shroud the valves too much and they won't flow very good either. Also if you used them on a 350 be prepaired for running race gas as the compression ratio will be too high for any pump gas without pinging.

Ok, thanks. I was wanting to junk them, but I always check things first so I don't throw away "good" junk.

ebay em first.... one mans junk is anothers needed part.. even if you only make $20....

I am going to put vortecs on my truck... and sell the heads... cleanem up...
good description and pics..

hell im gonna put...
used 1991 caprice police 9c1 cast heads as my subject since I have a 1991 caprice police motor in my truck

I would not invest time or money on those heads, If they need much work, machine shop costs and springs etc. are gonna run close to the cost of much better heads.
