Are you ready?!?!?!

We did along with a handful of folks at the Slickrock Campground. They also gave a 10% off for BB.

I think there were at least a dozen of the blazer bash trucks staying at Slickrock this year. It's definitely not the nicest place in town, but they give 10% off for blazer bash, it's cheap, and they don't give a crap about wrenching on your truck while you're there.

Your own coffee maker in the K5?! Now there's a man after my own heart. Maybe next year Nicole can say home and I'll just ride shotgun the whole time. I could be like the official barrista for the trail runs. :rotfl:

 You could charge like 1/2 the price of Starbucks and sell cups of coffee at the trailhead and make some money to buy more parts!

A litte off topic and kind of a broad question... But where do most people stay during BB? I'd like to have more time to meet people, hang out, drink some beers, shoot the $hit etc.. (other than the BBQ). For me, I felt that it was meet up, run trail, go home cause I didnt really know anyone.

Yup Slickrock. That's where all the cool people stay.:eek1:

well maybe that'll be the plan then. It was a little harder to talk to guys while I was an outcaster riding in a ford.. (No offence bronco guys). I'll be a little more prepared next year... I'll actually bring the K5!

well, my 14 bolt is bolted in, still need to hook up parking brakes and anti-wrap bar, and install my d60 after I rebuild it, but a step in the right direction.

I'm trying to widen the event out some to invite all fullsize truck owners. For the most part we are all kinda in the same boat and it's fun to run trails with vehicles more similar to what you have as opposed to Jeeps and Toyotas. Not to say there's anything wrong with those trucks, it's just a different type of wheelin that the K5 crew shares with fullsize Fords and Dodges.

I have a friend with a Ram Charger, built. Tried to get him to go this year. He was intimidated by the number of Chevy's. I told him we did not care. He is making plans for next year.

Gettin closer to ready for next year.... Keep your fingers crossed that This motor runs tomorrow!
