Well, I replaced one plug wire, it was the only one burnt. It will happen again too, because there is almost no clearance at the #3 primary. I also changed the coil because I had a perfectly good Mallory coil sitting around. Then I drove it for about 10 miles and romped on it a few times. If I were deaf, blind, and had no sense of smell, I would say it runs great. It feels smooth and power seems good. Although I don't have much to go by since this truck has not run right since I got it. It feels similar to my Impala though, which has a very similar drive train. BUT, the exhaust does not sound smooth (hard for me to describe), and there is excessive exhaust odor. Also, at idle there is a faint smoke. If I had to pick a color, I would say it looks gray. So it still isn't right, but at least it is driveable. Tomorrow I will pull the plugs and see what they look like.
