Here is something you might try Curt, on any boxes over 30lbs we double box them and have no problems after...
The biggest problems are with the remote PO's in Alaska. Many of them overcharge the customer. I tell the customer to pay and I reimburse them, I take the receipt to our local and they reimburse me. Our local PO would also likely be closed if it weren't for us, we are about 28% of their business...They actually like us at the PO, we go in the back door and do most of the work for them!
