assembling AN line

Please tell me there`s a write up out there?!

I bought the AN kit from summit for the pump to carb line, and have no fockin clue how it goes together.

or how the kit is put in ??

Not exactly the same hose,, but the principle is the same...

Yeah, I can`t for the life of me figure out how to put the fittings on the line.

The red nut end twists onto the stainless braided hose first. Make sure the but bottoms out on the hose. Then take the bluehose barb end and screw that into the red nut and hose. The hardest part is getting the red nut started on the hose.

Thats what I can`t figure out. Do you take the tape off thats on the end of the lines? So the nut essentially threads on the line?

After you put the red nut on use some silicone lube or dielectric grease, and lube the inside of the hose and on the fitting and threads before you screw them in. I broke one of mine by not lubing it.

I usually spray the male piece with WD-40. Works every time, and I've made a lot of AN hoses.
