Attached Pictures

I joined CK5 a couple months ago and have received a ton of great info on the site. It is awesome. I have one question for anyone that can answer it. Why can't I open pics that are in the "attached pics" box at the bottom of the message posted in the forum? It says I don't have access. Do I have to have special access to open pics? Just wondering... Thanks for your time!
