Attention 454 gurus !

Hey guys its been a while,ive decided to replace my exhaust boxes to try and make my neighbours give up on the complaints for noise,im running a set of 2 chamber flowmasters,ive put on a set of borla straight throughs but just seemed to make it worse at high RPM.Any suggestions would be cool.Info on the engine (454 over 30 270 extreme 4x4 cam rectangle port heads high rise intake,750 double pumper running through hooker headers , into 2 and a half inch pipes to 2 chamber flow masters.

An h pipe or x pipe is supposed to help with noise.
