The County Zoning board is shutting down a local
private junk yard. There are ~95 vehicles on the lot,
including Chevy and Ford trucks, Ramblers, AMCs,
Pintos, various station wagons and other vehicles
(including a 67 Charger, and 70s IH 1 ton pickup, 61
Chevy Holmes wrecker) from the 40's through the 70's
(mostly 60's and 70's). A full inventory will be made
available the week of 5/27/02.

A contract has been signed to crush these cars. The
crusher will arrive on site in about a month, so we
have that long to save as many of these vehicles as
possible. Please pass the word to help save these
cars. They are all for sale, preferably whole, but the
owner may sell some parts.

If anyone has questions, or would like an inventory
sent to them, please email me at [email protected]
and I will send more information as I get it.

This is the email I got back after asking where the junk yard is:
<blockquote><font class="small">In reply to:</font><hr>

I'll post an inventory and directions as soon as I have it. The yard is near BWI airport, south of Baltimore.

<hr></blockquote>

Baltimore, Maryland is a bit of a drive for me. Maybe some of you guys out East can take advantage of it though.
