Yeah. I am looking for a set for a d44.

I have heard this before, but never had any problems. I had an 85 K5 with them and never had any issue. I run warn premiums now, my girl is wanting them for one of her trucks. She really doesn't take this one wheeling so it won't matter much.

I've got a set I removed from my '89 last month. Worked fine, I went the other direction and put the Warn Premiums on mine.
