I've got a like new autometer C2 tachometer and B&M truck megashifter for sale. I bought an incomplete project truck that had them inside, new and never ran. The shifter base has been trimmed to clear a transfer case shifter in an 80's Chevy. The shifter has a B&M heavy duty cable and mounting brackets for a GM trans. $200 for the tach, $180 for the shifter plus the ride. The shifter is mounted in my old truck so I didnt get any pictures of it, but I can upon request.
