Eh, I see just about every brand there is in boats... Not a big SW fan, kinda living off their name imo, like Champion..

Autometers are not generally expensive.. maybe that model, maybe because of the digital aspect, I don't know...

I don't get the whole "everyone loves the newschool ones" with white faces, etc.. gimme the oldschool Pro Comps anyday... Nice, tough, hotrod look.. tachs and speedo's will run ya 150 or so, but all the other 2 5/8's are under $50..

BTW, I freakin hate whiteface gauges... No clue why they're so popular these days... looks ghey imo.... ok, rant off....

I agree, I can't stand the white face guages. I prefer the old school look. These come with some fancy blue light but, Id prefer a "white" light.

they're serious.... it's marine stuff.. you could run em in a car tho... never seen it, but they are topnotch stuff....

Faria is easy to find, Gaffrey, not so much... I couldn't even find em on the web.. you usually see em advertised in offshore powerboat mags, etc... I usually see Gaffrey's in the hotrod boats. 100 mph+... nice stuff... most are liquid filled...

I hear the Equis gauges are nice... I'd put SW a tad below VDO's...
