i have the complete setup from a 79 jimmy i'm parting out. the mount is attached to the truck, the tray never was. it is factory GM covered in undercoating for corrosion resistence. the mount bolts to the fender well, fender, and core support if i remember correctly. (on the drivers side)
i'm not exactly sure how the tray attaches to the the mount.
it's all in very good condition.
price lowered to 25.00 plus shipping 'cause i was too high!

It helps to shop around a little. LMC will rip everyone off if they get a chance
