OLD DAWG
1/2 ton status
I've got a pair of auxillary tanks I got here on ck5 from nicks72 that I'm gonna be getting rid of due to another change of plans
I thought I'd let you guys know about them before I go the ebay route. One is an aluminum copy so it's light and won't rust. The other is the original steel one with the Hickey label still on it and in good shape. I guess they hold about 13gal. each. I have no idea how they mount(I never got that far) With shipping they cost me just a hair under $200. And I need to get that out of them to help keep the wife from killing me for buying other parts.
These fit inside above the wheel wells.

If someone else would want the other one then I could seperate them.
. I could pick it up BTW, I'm in Junction.
I got a call from the storage place where I keep some of my parts, bicycles, and misc. household stuff. It seems that during our recent cold snap some worthless sacks of trash decided to break into some storage units and mine was one of them. They made off with an old set of 16" tires and rims, an old bike, a shop vac, and last but not least my gas tanks!!!!!!!!
You know I'm really tired of hearing people referring to my sons condition as a 'tard. He did not choose to be the way he is, but he is what he is, but most of all he is one of my sons. I am just as proud of him as I am of my other children, 2 BS degrees in Mechical Eng. and a Masters in Education. He has accomplished a great deal in his life. He is excited about my jimy project because I told him I would teach him how to drive when it's done, in a field where he has lots of room to make mistakes and a 5 point harness in case we roll over. Please don't clasify my son with a bunch of theaves, as he is not one or would he ever be one , it is not in his nature!!!! The only way I can describe Jeremy, is he is unique and different from anyone I have ever met. He is a pleasure to have around and I am still learning from him. Later J.
