84_Chevy_K10 had mentioned that I could possibly put an IFS suburban fuel tank where my spare tire is for my auxilary tank for my WVO conversion. however, here's my question:
Is there a difference between the gas and diesel tanks? here are the specs I can find for the 92-96 diesel tanks:
Capacity: 42 Gallons160 Liters (diesel)
Dimensions: 29-3/4 X 33-1/2 X 13-1/8 inches Includes the lock ring and gasket for the sending unit.
Capacity: 42 Gallons/160 Liters (gas)
Dimensions: 29-3/4 X 33-1/2 X 13-1/8 inches
