Axle identification

Did D44s have drive flanges? I saw this on ebay and of course I can't see the tell tell signs in any of the pictures.

Yes they did, they were on full time 4wd rigs. And in the second pic(full frontal shot)if you look real close, you can see the upper ball joint on the drivers side.
