Anyone know if they print a manuals that detail the teardown and repair or most axles. I want to get into the rebuild myself so I can save some coin, but I have never rebuilt or repaired an axle. I want to learn but its looking increasingly more intimidating.

I have Corp 10 bolt front and 14 bolt SF 6 lug rear.

Helllp. :(

The big Chiltons manuals have what you'll need. There is a section called "Unit repair"

I know theres a 1/2 ton axle guide floating around on the web. You really only need the torque specs, and really not so much. Just pay attention and go slow when you take them apart.

Jegs sells a dvd from richmond gear I think that goes over a rebuild. Not perfect but not really to bad either. If you have never touched a rear end I would suggest it. I wish I had a way to put it on here for everyone to watch.

I think i am going to looko for that. The blazer is going to be my learning experience for all the things I've always wanted to do but never have. (gears, axles, transmission, etc)

Go to steelsoldiers com. There's a technical section for the CUCV with all the army manuals in it. 10 bolt, NP205, 208, TH400 14bff are covered in detail there.
