axle spring pad needed..

I am putting a set of full size axles under a 79 scout II, but the spring pad ( is it called that) on the chevy axles needs to be moved in a little bit.. I dont really want to grind off the old ones and attempt to reuse them. Is there a place I could buy a set?

Nearly every speed shop , axle builder , and fab shop has em on hand .

I have even seen bolt on ones , but that isn't to be used where the springs also locate the axle .

i got mine from dan at www.ruffstuffspecialties.com as well as other fabb'n parts

i am almost finished doing the same thing

just need to put the front back togather and redo the front driveshaft.

I got mine from diy4x and they are rediculous! Will be putting them on this weekend. i initially had some other crap ones on there from Ebay or something and they started to collapse after less than 2 years
