axle swap, brakes work... truck parked for 3 days, now dont

So last weekend i swapped a d60 under the blazer, everything worked flawlessly. Went wheeling all day no problems. Drove 50 miles round trip on the highway, same thing.

I then parked the truck for 3 days, and went to drive it again and now they go to the floor... WTF???

bled them again, and again... still no brakes.

Anybody got an idea or 3?

If you haven't lost any fluid the only thing it could be is the master cylinder. I'd start there. Cheap fix too. I just bought a remanufactured oem one from a local parts store for $25.
