Licensed by Daimler-Chrysler ( well probably the new owners now too ) , in business since 1992 , established in the Jeep restoration aftermarket . Thats all I could find on page one searching .
Now as for the price thats a good price considering the better material and rolled splines . Stock replacemnets sell for that .

Omix-Ada was building parts obvoiusly copied from BTF covers. IIRC.
The whole thing was pretty shady. No idea what the outcome was. They could have straightened out.

Meant to add that most if not all of the stuff they have is cheap imported crap. Some things are fine if made cheaply.....axles aren't one of them though
