Here are a few pics and my cell phone to show the depth of the pan along with the gasket, filter, extension and 2 sets of bolts.
Oh yeah, the magnetic plug is in the bag, too.

Sorry, can't do. I paid like $120-ish plus the $10.95 handling fee from Summit Racing for this thing. Thats too big of a hit.
Judging from past items I've sold, I would guestimate the shipping to be around $20-ish but I would say if you Pay Pal me $115, it can get to your door and anything over that I will eat the fee.
