so i talked to yobtaf on the phone the other day. i wasn't supposed to say anything, but as it turns out, he spent everything he had on this new bed and couldn't afford to renew his membership on this site.
I heard that the little fire incident at Big Bear inspired him to turn the BBB into Crapple Valley's 2nd largest BBQ on wheels.

Thanks Rene, now I can update this thing a bit. Maybe these knuckle head webwheelers I call friends will be quiet

Here is the last trip it went on. ON the way there I had the new exhaust collector bolts start to fall out on the way to the camp but got it fixed once I got to camp. Here she sits just beautiful.
Then once on the trail we did a little warm up trail before we headed to John bull, it was running like chit so at the lunch stop I figured I would rebuild the carb real quick. I did and then put it back on, turned the key, and had a huge fire going. I forgot to hook up the fuel line and it pumped on the spark plugs and exhaust manifold Luckily we had fire extinguishers with us, oh wait, 4 or 5 trucks and I was the only one with a fire extinguisher. got the fire put out with beer, water, Gatorade, and dirt. Got it running and headed back to camp to calm my nerves.
oh and the dude in the red shirt has a tramp stamp
