It seems things are going on the same around here when i left. I have now finished opening my business. Were getting close to two years under out belt and things are going well. We are thankful for the sucess in these recent months.
At a job i was bidding i saw a old GMC sitting off to the side. I asked the owner to tell me a little about the truck. He is the origonal owner and bought the truck to pull his camper for him and his wife. They dont camping anymore. So i said maybe we could do a little tree bargining for the work i was going to do for him.
The truck is a 1978 all origonal GMC Sierra C35 with a 454 and a manual transmission. Its a regular cab long box and is great conditon. I won't call it mint but because it was used but it has NO rust NO bondo. Its all origonal, besides for a few small things, like side window visors for rain. But this truck is a beauty. The bed looks like it was never used to haul a thing. The truck has 91k origonal miles.
To make a long story short i got the truck from the old timer who was happy to sell it to me for 750.00. I could not beleive it.
So that is why i am posting again. I got a truck again, and how have a project. It just got washed and waxed today so its looking betting that the last 20 years.
I am not sure what i want to do. Leave it ALL stock and origonal or maybe do a little to it. Like get some more HP. But i know i am not doing a thing to it that is to drastic.
