Well it’s not going to plan. Going to have to put a cross over behind the transfer case. Not enough room up front because the headers come back to far which puts the Y pipe in the front driveshaft path. But here’s some of the stainless
Got the easy side routed to the axle.
Now for the hard side.
Had to make a pie cut right passed the Vband because the headers exit angle had the pipe shooting towards the ground. Now it’s nice.

That shininess does look silly under there with that dirty ass undercarriage haha
Better get your rain gear on and crawl under with a tire brush and do some washing.
What is this Rain gear you speak ?
We are getting closer and closer to how you guys are, got a little rain yesterday but it was gone fast. Hardly get much useful moisture any more it seems. Once in a while I gotta work in it at my job. Mostly my rain gear stays hidden behind my seat in my service truck.
The plan right now is to shoot it out the side of the frame just passed the leaf spring it’ll be above the bump stop but on the outside of frame. Can’t fit 3” between tank and shock.
Finally getting the hang of welding this stuff. Realized you have to do a really wide weave you can’t keep it tight. Here’s where it will shoot over. 
Almost to the fun part. Really tight with the Tc brace and drive shaft but I got her.
I’ll make a vid here shortly I can’t believe how quiet this system is.

I’m into the exhaust probably around $500 that includes the muffler the clamps and the SS wire for my welder. Not bad if you ask me.
Got the pipes tacked in place up over axle. Once I get the clamps in today for muffler I can mark and fully weld them and top it off with the exhaust tip. Hoping I can shoot it out behind rear tire.
I have 4 weld on exhaust hangers. I’m struggling to find a place to hang one on the passenger side and still make it easily removable. How many hangars are you guys using?

Very happy with how this came out. And the sound. Definitely has that modern vehicle sound.
It’s way easier to drive with the exhaust. When I was trying to drive with open headers it was really hard to hear where I was in the RPM range. With the exhaust on it really makes starting out in second way easier
Took it to work yesterday. Nothing but smiles. Opened her up in 3rd and it pulls so good
I havnt had a chance to do a shake down into 5th gear. I am a bit nervous since I don’t have seat belts in the rig right now. But man it pulls so good through the gears so much smoother than a SBC it just keeps climbing in every gear feels like it’s endless. Need to get a tach in here so I can see what it’s doing. But it feels so good.
