So in a moment of stupidity 2 years ago, I sold this

to buy this

from my mom when she wanted a new truck, but I only put 4000 miles on it in 2 years, so the other day I traded it for this

so I can start all over again!:doah:

That's a clean looking suburban. That black one was pretty awesome too. This is why I can't sell mine - I'd miss it too much. And I don't want to be that guy at the gas station that sees a K5 and starts blabbering on "Man, I used to have a sweeet 88, wish I'd never sold that thing..."

Anyway, yes. You must build this suburban. It is your duty as the new owner to modify. (I hope you start with that pinstripe, besides that, I love it).

Nobody has asked the important question........Did you get to keep the dog??

Your old one looked sweet!

Any reason you are starting with a 1/2 ton?

While Im a huge fan on the later truck body style you traded up for. And the extended cab shortbed dmax is a dream DD for me, that burb just looked too damn sweet!

While it does make a GREAT daily driver and excellent tow rig I only did either less than 3 weeks a year. I did just make a trip from Meridian to Rexburg and it was WAY more comfy that the Sub would have been but I actually hate the IFS. It needs a SAS and something to control the massive wheel hop offroad.
