Back window guides and felt?

I have the infamous seizing back window on my 87 K5 and after cleaning and lubing all the parts, I see that the problem is with the guides in the tailgate which are missing half the felt. Has anybody ordered replacement guids or felt? And if so, where might I look for that? I've done google searches but haven't come up with anything.

The guides themselves look fine - I think I just need to scrape the old felt out and hot glue new stuff in. Any ideas?

LMC or dealer either way not too badly priced.. kind of a PITA to do, I think I pulled the whole glass out in which case if you do the same go ahead and get new weather strip for the top of the gate cause it comes out to get the glass out...
