Okay guys, I'm in need of some of your knowledge and experience. I am in need of tires, currently the blazer is sitting on 37x13.5x15 MT Baja claws that are worn out. I have to drive the truck for a little while when I return home from this deployment in july until I get my jeep from NC so unfortunately I am forced to buy tires. However I do not want to spend a ton on them because I plan on running tons and 44's, I found some tires somewhat local that I am wanting to pick up that are 38x15.5x15 tsl's for a really good deal. My situation is I will have to get new wheels as the 15x10's I have will not work. The wheels I was looking at are a 12" wheel with 4" BS, with still running 1/2 ton gear will this be an issue with rubbing? I believe I will clear height wise just not sure about all the other crap.

I would think that that a 10' wheel would be good up to maybe a 14.5" tire, if I could get away with not buying wheels I would rather do that.

Folks put 44"+ tires on 8.5" hummer wheels every day without issue. They will draw the sidewalks in and crown the tread but adjusting air pressure will fix that.

Didn't even think about that, I clear now with no rubbing and the tsl's aren't that much bigger than what I have now.

I've have run my 38x15.5x15'a on 2 different sets of 10" wide wheels with zero issues. No need to buy new wheels if you are upgrading axles in the near future

Alright cool. Yeah the whole reason for buying these tires was the deal I'm getting,1 is brand new and the other 3 aren't far from it for 650. It was either open country mt to keep tires around same size and wheel or go with the tsl's which I prefer over the toyo's. Thanks for the info.
