backspacing (ive searched for hours)

I need to get some 15x10" 8 lugs for a 14bff and i have 6" of lift and 2" body,o ya and 38.5x14.50 SX's. i want the tires to stick out a couple inches but still stuff them up, people are saying from 4" all the way to 2.5". any help would be greatly appretiated:bow:

Id run 3.5"-4" with that much width and that wide of a rim...Of course youd have to grind the calipers...
 
if you run or are going to run a 60 trust me go 2.5 so you dont need to grind the calipers. it takes longer than you think. and i ran 3.5 and it still took forever.
 
so 3.5" backspacing on the 14bff will stick out the tires a couple inches and ill still be able to tuck them nice without hitting the top outside of the fenders?
