Backspacing Question

I am about to purchase these wheels.

Pro-Comp Extreme Alloy
15x10
3.62 Backspacing
-46mm offset

Current:

Pro-comp Steel Classic Series 97
15x8
3.75 Backspacing
Unknown offset

Will the new wheel stick out more than the current? Im looking to gain about 1-2 inches of width.

15x10 with 3.62" BS
10-3.62 = edge of rim will stick out 6.38" from mounting surface to the outside

15x8 with 3.75" BS
8-3.75 = edge of rim will stick out 4.25" from mounting surface to the outside

So the edge of the rim on the 15x10's will stick out a little over 2".
