Okay I have no backup lights when in Reverse, I have swapped out the neutral Safety Switch and still NO LIGHTS...the truck WILL start in Park and Neutral. I took the switch and out of the Column put an OHM meter on the two wires for backup Lights (Light green and Dark Green) and when I push the lever into the right spot I have continuity between the 2 posts...what else could it be...I have new bulbs btw..

When in the "right" spot, this is in the column and R selected? It does not crank in R D21 ? The reverse lamp circuit is keyed power so key need to be in the run position, you should have power on 1 of the wires at the reverse switch. There is some adjustment at the switch slides right and left. I adjust when installed, it can pop out of the column when trying to adjust.

Probably a stupid question, but have you checked the fuses? or checked the ohms through the wires or anything like that? could just be a short somewhere???
