ORD shirts for everyone!!!!!!

Fixed it for ya

C'mon Stephen, When are you going to start throwin in shirts with orders. You have shipped 4 sets of springs, 2 shackle flips, boxes of bushings, and 300 lbs of misc stuff to my address. Toss me a shirt in. lol

I would say I want a sticker but with the way I drive...you wouldn't want to associate your company with my rig. :p:

We're usually pretty free with the stickers with big orders, don't be shy about asking.
We're out of shirts but have a few hats left. Maybe we'll have some more shirts this spring.

Interesting thread. I have heard nothing but good things about ORD. I just placed my first order with them last week over the internet. It was probably the smallest order of the day being that it was just a stearing brace. But, it arrived sooner than expected. I can't complain and I will order from them again.

I haven't ordered a thing from them....but I had several questions leading up to a purchse (sold truck) & they were VERY help & informative.

i built a f60 last winter for a customer and had ord build the draglink and steering arm-put a d60 and d70 axles under it.they made the drag link with 2 right hand threads and sent a right and a left tierod end so we couldnt put it together.called them up and was offered either a complete new draglink or another right tierod end.told then the tierod end would be fine.they overnighted the new end and sent a label so i could send back the left end.
they were great to deal with and took real good care of the 1 issue i had with the product.we ordered a twins stick shifter for a 203 and it fit great and works great.i will be ordering my crosover steering for my jimmy this winter and when i get to it i will get my doubler from ord also.great company to deal with and the products i have seen are great.

Interesting first post... I have my first order in right now and will let you know how it goes. The customer service was great while ordering the components for my doubler and I'm betting I won't have any problems. :D

All of my parts came in last week. :D Everything actually arrived ahead of schedule and was well packaged. There were not any problems to resolve, so I guess that's the best type of customer service!

The products I've purchased from ORD have been top notch and the service outstanding.
I'll be buying from them again soon. :D

I have ordered 6 or 7 times from ORD. Talked with a handful of different people. Every one of them has been helpful, well informed and way above average in terms of customer service.

Product has been good, worked well and they have a permanant customer because of it.

Thanks ORD!

P.S. I have had stickers thrown in when asked.

Once again, thanks guys! It's good to know we're getting it right.

And we'll keep working at it so the times we do screw up are few and longer between.

Figured I'd throw my $.02 as a International Procurement Specialist, or Buyer in laymans terms:D , for a very large company I spend all day on the phone with Customer service reps and sales reps. My orders range from a few bucks to 6 figure PO's and I expect the same customer service despite the monetary value of the order. If you decide to not do business simply because you didn't get treated exactly the way you wanted then you are going to make many purchases in your life. Everyone has bad days. I spent half my day sourcing an obsolete 800 HP DC motor with a price tag of $160,000+ some of my suppliers kissed my ass some could care less doesn't mean I won't call them the next time I need something. Our biggest supplier for our heavy equipment are USUALLY rude on the phone when I call and we're doing 7-8 figures with them monthly for just 1 mine espesially for after hours calls. Crappy customer service is part of todays business in most cases but my dealing with ORD, they aren't one of them.
