badlands trip last weekend 5/23-24 plus carnage

Well a few buddies and i took a trip for memorial weekend and we went offroading sat and sunday, well my truck did amazing and out amazed me what a chevy can handle, i went rock crawling, mudding, creeking, and a lot of trailing, i didnt know all this could be soo fun, well before i left for the 4 hour drive, i was having problems with my alt, and my detroit locker wasnt enguaging right. Well after the trip, on sunday after leaving the camp about ten miles out, my rpms just shot up, so i got on the cb and told my bergade of trucks to pull over, and i put it in park and my truck still kept rolling, so i got out and i looked at my 12 bolt, and theres a hole in the diff cover and its pouring out diff fluid and smoking, the diff was so hot i couldnt touch it, so i took the rear shaft out, enguaged the hubs and just cruised home in 4hi. After about 60 miles the rear sounded like a giant bug buzzing behind me but went away, well also on the way hole my alt decides to kick on and off and about 10 miles from my house just died but i got it home, i have about 200 pics and 10 videos im gonna post up and pics of the rear end carnage, i also broke the lil wing window on the drivers side backing up on the trails. i cant wait to go back this summer and the cliffs

hell yea it is, i cant wait to go back...well i tore apart my rear end and it looks like the pinion gears are all sheered off but the ring looks decent with the outer edge of it a little wore off and some little nicks on the inner edge, can someone possible tell me whats in the carrier, It looks like its a eaton posi trac limited slip

Hell yea, we were planning on going again around that time too, were also going to the cliffs coming up here pretty soon, i gotta get my rear end taking care of because i sheered every tooth off the pinion gear 10 miles after leaving badlands haha

I will be there for Zookimelt which I just heard is July 9-10. I can't do cliffs, my tires are too big
