Baja 1000 drawing near

We're nearing the end of the prep work/construction of racing K5 getting ready for the race which starts thursday the 18th. We're hoping for desert dominance, especially since we're racing against a bunch of ferds. I'll try to get some pics posted but time's a bit tight right now. We're really close to having the wheels on the truck now, but still could use some testing time and lots of time messing with mounting spares, tools, lights, etc.

We're doing the prep work for owner Chris Raffo ("retroblazer" on this site and some others). The rest of the team is a collection of friends from all over the country that come together for the races.

Yeah, and it's not like we're a full time race shop either, but you actually can put in a full 8 hour day starting at 5:30pm....
