I've got a chance to trade my low mile 33x10.5 Boggers for a set of 35x12.5 Baja Claw MTZs. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the MTZs? East coast use, think clay, mud and wet moss covered rocks.

I have been running a set for about 2 years. Wear seems to be good. When aired down they clear the treads pretty well. I love them in deep snow. I couldn't tell you how they do in clay and moss, we don't get to muck of that in the New Mexico Mountains.

Which ones are they.....Baja Claw's or MTZ's......these are two different tires.

If they are the Baja Claws I would do it. Boggers are cool, but I see tons of people that run them on the street all the time and I think that's kinda a waste of a tire. Some people don't like mickey thompsons, but I live on the east coast and daily drive my truck with 37" Baja claws. As long as you rotate them and check your tire pressures a few times a month you should be good. Mine have actually lasted quite a while for being an aggressive tire. Sorry, no experience with the MTZs

Buddy has a set Of 37s on his super duty, he hates em for offroad. Don't think They wear to bad on the highway

I've never used any other tire on the front of my truck, don't have enough drive time with it. But they (38) are quieter than my dads nitto trail m/t (35) and procomp m/t. They flatten out nicely when aired down and have resisted chunking better than my rear toyo tires (though rears tend to do that)

I will have better feedback in a year or two. Hold on.....
