And the size of the bolt that holds the banjo fitting to the cliper is?
Dont know the size but i know it is the same as a 10 bolt. but not the same as the 44.
3/8" bolt, 15/16" long, in coarse thread. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
Aren't the early chevy ones 7/16" and the later ones 10mm? /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
No, the 7/16" bolts are the D44 fronts calipers. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
Yes the D44 have 7/16" and the newwer trucks have 10mm not 3/8".
I have heard of these 10mm bolts, too, and think those are on the newer V-series trucks, like the '88 and newer Blazers and Subs. Not sure though.
TheDana 60 in question is from an '81 truck ....thank you for the help. Just got my computer service back on.
ProComp lists two sizes for chevys 7/16" for early disc brakes and 10mm for the other ones.
