I found a banks turbo kit used on ebay. It is on its way. Supposed to come with turbo, manifold, top hat, crossover pipe, airfilter box, and gauges (perhaps cut though ). Got it for $760 shipped. It was on a running low milage 6.2L at a recycling yard.

Need to get my brakes done first (see my redo brakes thread in garage). That and build a house, but I will get to the turbo soon hopefully.

I think I may get my injectors and ip rebuilt soon also. It had some difficulty starting the other morning. I will try a manual gp switch for my new 60g's. If that does not help, I will go for the ip.

Cool!

You may want to take a look at the manual to see what other parts you may need to order: http://www.bankspower.com/OwnersManuals.cfm

If you aren't getting them from the yard, you'll prolly want:
- downpipe off the back side of the turbo - you may want the next pipe after that one also, as it's got a funky shape to it to get through the body/frame. After that you could just straight pipe it all the way back.
- lift pump plate with turbo oil return
- radiator hoses (they are different)
- other little misc. parts
- new thermocouple - it's easy to change now, and certainly won't be once installed

You can buy individual parts from Banks. I went to their complex and picked up a turbo exhaust manifold and crossover pipe. Good people to deal with. Just in case you find some pieces missing.
