Hey y’all. Was out visiting some old friends and found a stash of parts, 3rd floor of the shop. These folks had a big electrical company back late 70-80’s. Anyhow they had a purchased a bunch of spare parts for the fleet trucks. Husband passed away few years back and I’m trying to give his wife a bit of money. Took a quick walk through snapped some pics. Maybe y’all could help me give her a fair price. Lots I don’t need and will turn them, but some I will keep for myself.

Doors. Some I don’t think were ever used. All clean. One set of rear doors for crew cab. And there are more complete doors.






Fenders. Still in package. Don’t know thickness of metal will take mic with me to check metal thickness, but there from 80’s so I think they maybe real steel.




Radiators

Need prebent stock exhaust pipe with flanges?


Gas tanks and straps?

I did think about the shipping part. But I’m trying to buy what I can and put it I’m my shop and save it. flip it or make a swap with someone later. Don’t think gas tanks and straps are too high on people need it market. Exhaust pipe probably not either. Most all is brand new. I’m sad to see it go to scrap for just the weight and this lady needs some help. Trying to make a fair deal for both of us. I’m down in south Texas. Rockport, a little bit north of Corpus Christi.

Don’t think gas tanks and straps are too high on people need it market

The wrecking yards usually punch holes in tanks to drain them so although the demand might not be that high, supply is pretty low. Any newer fuel injection tanks with baffles are sought after for converting older carbed stuff.

If those doors are in as good as shape as they appear and are GM originals you are looking at $250.00 each but would have to be crated well for shipping.

There are steel gas tanks and there are some newer plastic ones. When I get back there will check them for baffles.

Yea most of those went with the trucks to scrappers a few year back. But here on coast they were pretty rusted out. She has some pretty heavy duty rear bumpers for a service bed. I can get pics of those if you want. There are some long bed boxes also. I’ll get a pic of those too.
