Base Timing Calibration - EFI

I'm running a FAST Sportsman EFI on the 496 BBC. When we degreed the cam, it came out at about 3* advanced.

Now when setting the base timing on the EFI at 20* BTDC, should I be taking that 3* advance at the cam into account??

Nah. The ignition timing will not see the cam advance. All other things involved though, watch for your standard timing related stuff like detonation et al
