My K5 had quad shocks. When I went to a single shock a long time ago, I wanted to use the high shock mount, so ended up with a long bolt going through the mount with a sleeve inside and the shock on the outside, basically like the factory setup except with the shock in the mount gone. That was the 10-bolt. Now I have D60 in there, I'm wondering if it's an okay idea to just attach the shock into the factory axle mount and go to the high mount on the frame? I haven't tried yet, so maybe it'll be obvious, but if someone has already been here...
