Can anyone tell me if 35x12.50x15 tires will fit on an 15x8 inch rim or do I have to go to a 15x10.

They will fit just fine. I ran my 37x12.5's on 8" rims for years.

I run 35x12.50x15 Pro Comp MT's on a 15x8. No problems here.
they don't fit at all. I'll be over to take them off your hands.
